EDHEC Governance

Operating as a not-for-profit association, EDHEC Business School possesses various governance bodies comprising representatives of EDHEC, partner companies and the School’s alumni.

Governance tuned to the business world

EDHEC’s governance is underpinned by four main bodies.

The Executive Committee manages all the School’s programmes and activities in France, Europe and internationally. It accomplishes its remit by following the recommendations of the Board of Governors, the International Advisory Board and the Ethics Board, three bodies whose members primarily comprise EDHEC graduates and partner-company representatives from around the world. The desire to open up to stakeholders from the business world extends as far as programme coordination, where each programme has its own Advisory Board with personalities qualified in the design of academic content.

  • Emmanuel Métais, Dean of EDHEC Business School
  • Michael Antioco, Dean for Faculty and Research
  • Benoît Arnaud, Dean of Programmes
  • Claire Bergery-Noël, Director of Corporate Communications and the Dean’s Office
  • Laurent Gicquel, General Secretary
  • Colin Godbarge, Chief Strategy Officer
  • Richard Perrin, Director of International Relations and Partnerships
  • Anne Zuccarelli, Associate Dean, Chief Educational Experience and Operations Officer

Comprising international personalities drawn from academia and business, the International Advisory Board is responsible for steering EDHEC in its international strategy. Each research or programme unit also has its own Advisory Board that works to ensure they closely match the expectations of international business.
